3. TERM AND RENEWAL

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

10.1 Neither party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.2 Service Provider’s total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by Client in the [12 months] preceding the claim.


11. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
